Meet Zoë!

Personal trainer Zoë Pritchard, founder of ZP Strength & Wellness, offering online coaching and mobility training to help clients move better and build strength.

I’ve earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at Michigan State University and am certified through NASM. I am currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering to advance the application of technology in human movement. This interdisciplinary approach enables the development of innovative solutions in rehabilitation, performance optimization, and assistive device design. I also have a profound passion for fitness and a strong belief in the power of mindset! My training philosophy focuses on empowering individuals to take control of their physical and mental well-being. Through personalized programs tailored to your unique needs and objectives, I aim to instill lifelong results that promote holistic health and happiness. If the mind is willing, the body is able!

Engaging in soccer and gymnastics, I learned the invaluable lessons of discipline, leadership, and resilience. Working in the Strength and Conditioning department at Michigan State University also positively shaped my coaching approach. In addition, my experience working in a commercial gym setting over the past 2 years has allowed to work with a wide range of clients, from beginners to advanced athletes. I pride myself on adeptly supporting individuals of all fitness levels with my diverse experience.
